Description
B2B multi-tenant SaaS covering production, billing, accounting and a branded online store for photo labs. These are Factulab’s main features:
- Intake of customer-supplied images for printing on different media
- Invoicing of orders coming from the online store
- Accounting for the company’s operations
- AI-assisted scanning of purchase invoices for import into accounting
- Branded online store for selling products customized with images and text
- Trello-style task management assigned to employees
- Customer portal to view orders and invoices
- Spanish e-invoicing with VeriFactu (AEAT)
- Integrations: Redsys payments, PGC accounting, IMAP purchase invoices and WooCommerce
Multi-tenant Flask API (SQLAlchemy, Alembic, JWT, PostgreSQL) with per-company isolation, Gunicorn in production and domain-based branding.
Browser online designer (Canvas 2D, SVG, vector PDF with PyMuPDF/FontTools) for print-ready layouts, plus a buyer-facing customization flow.
